WhatsApp Business Data

• Timestamps and delivery/read status of messages exchanged with our business number

We use this data solely to deliver the service you requested — recording your transactions, answering your questions, and sending you confirmations and notifications. We do not use the contents of your WhatsApp messages for advertising, and we do not sell them. WhatsApp messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., whose handling of message delivery is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.

The Teracore mobile application does not contain any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not share usage data with third-party analytics providers.

With your explicit consent, we may share your trade performance data, credit profile, and transaction history with partner banks and fintech institutions for the purpose of facilitating trade finance, credit assessments, and structured lending products. You will always be informed before any such data is shared, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
